Hey Carlos ... you made my day. Thank you. :-)

You are right, ultimately quality rules. The more bloggers and internet marketers that go for quality the better it will be for the reputation of the industry.

...lol ... I'm just going to spend 15 minutes each day making horrible mistakes or just following someone - as Matt says, you can't make mistakes but you will begin to get the hang of it eventually. But you've given me an idea ... I will record my 15 minute exercise daily and see how I progress (if I do) and then maybe after a week I'll write about that over here.

I sure hope that as you figure it all out that you will share. Every time I open twitter I get a bad case of information overload or experience a strong case of time compression as 3 hours suddenly evaporate!

V, just hang out and read the stream for a while. You'll pick it up. People don't think it's real, but it is. I've met some very cool people on twitter.

Hey Valentina,

This was a very enjoyable read. You are an adept story teller. Twitter scared me for a while but I kept seeing everyone recommending it as a tool for growing your blog. It has been a surprisingly pleasant experience using it over the last 2 months. I too have been surprised at the quality of conversation and content sharing that goes on amidst the spam and inane chatter.

I intend to do exactly as you have discussed here and focus on building a quality community with valuable conversation and not just build a massive list. I hope that by having this kind of focus in everything I do I can smash the typical conversion rates for subscribers, buyers and the like, along with Website In A Weekend, ProBlogger, and Heart of Business. You're in stellar company.

BlogIncomeLife is on my list of primary sources of inspiration for my blogging business.
